Made for the moments between.
Wellness Diary is a quiet, self-guided space for noticing what is true, putting words somewhere safe for this moment, and making a little room to breathe.
It was made with the belief that reflection does not need to be polished to be useful. You can arrive tired, uncertain, hopeful, or unfinished. The page will meet you there.
Take what helps. Leave what does not. There is no right way to use these pages.

Hi, you can call me Ronnie.
I’m a high school student who cares about mental wellbeing and enjoys using technology and creativity to make useful things for others.
I started Wellness Diary because I wanted to create somewhere people could pause, write honestly, and give themselves a little breathing room. As a student, I know how much school, expectations, and figuring out your future can take up in your head. I’m still finding my way through it, too.
I’m constantly learning and working to make this space more thoughtful, useful, and welcoming. If you have feedback, an idea, or just want to say hi, I’d love to hear from you.
Thank you for spending a little of your day here. I hope you find something that helps.
